The Carpenter Cup run for the Jersey Shore team came to an end at the hands of Burlington County with a 10-5 loss on Monday morning at Meiklejohn Stadium at the University of Pennsylvania in the Carpenter Cup quarterfinals. This is Jersey Shore’s second loss in the quarterfinals in two years as they continue to search for their first Carpenter Cup title since 2002 and their third overall.
